Brand Use Guidelines
Official guidelines for using NextCase trademarks, logos, and brand assets.

1. Our Trademarks
NextCase™ and NextCase AI™ are trademarks of NextCase LLC. The ™ symbol should be used on the first or most prominent mention of the mark. Once federally registered in the United States, we will use the ® symbol. Do not modify, abbreviate, or translate our trademarks.
2. The NextCase Name
- The product name must always be written as a single word with camel-case capitalization: NextCase.
- Acceptable: “The new workflow is powered by NextCase™.”
- Unacceptable: “Nextcase,” “Next Case,” or creating derivative names like “MyNextCase” that imply affiliation.
- Do not use our marks in your company name, product name, domain name, or social media handle in a way that could cause confusion.
3. Logo Usage
- Only use the official, approved logo files. Do not redraw, distort, or alter the logo's colors or proportions.
- Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the capital “N” in the logotype.
- Ensure the logo is placed on a background with sufficient contrast for legibility.
- Do not add visual effects like drop shadows, outlines, or glows to the logo.
- Do not place the logo inside another shape or combine it with other logos or text to create a new mark.
4. General Do’s & Don’ts
Do
- Use the ™ symbol on the first mention of NextCase.
- Link our name to our official website when used online.
- Use our approved logo files with sufficient contrast.
- Include proper trademark attribution in your content.
Don’t
- Imply endorsement or partnership without permission.
- Use “NextCase” in confusing domain names or handles.
- Alter, animate, or combine our logo with other graphics.
- Use our assets in connection with unlawful activity.
5. Trademark Attribution
When using our trademarks, please include the following attribution statement in your credits or footer section:
NextCase™ and the NextCase logo are trademarks of NextCase LLC.
6. Legal Disclaimer
